Swissgrid is the national power grid company in Switzerland. The organization provides critical services in a dynamic environment to maintain safe operation and monitoring of the Swiss transmission grid.
We worked with the executive board to transform the Swissgrid leadership culture.
We designed and facilitated workshops for L1 and L2 leaders in co-creation with an internal consulting team. In an atmosphere of trust and psychological safety, people spoke up about key issues affecting their work. We shared success stories and learned from previous projects. The group set the way forward for strategic planning, accountability, and delegation.
Mark Milotich supported us in developing our leadership culture. We highly valued his ability to bring relevant inputs and advice to the table at just the right moment.
