Mark Milotich delivered the keynote Fuel the Fire! to a full house at KWS Lochow GmbH in Germany, inspiring people to take charge of change by leading themselves before leading others. He translated research into practices that people can use to shape the culture in teams and in the organization.
We were happy to have Mark Milotich at our annual German Cereals Leadership event to talk about change management.
