You learn to see what’s going on. What happened? What did I do? What was the result?

You experiment with different ways of “showing up.” How could I have done things differently? What outcomes could I have achieved?

You reflect on your actions. How do I affect others? Am I getting what I want? How am I holding myself (or others) back?

You adjust your behavior to match your goals. What new habits of thinking and doing can I create? What small changes or big leaps will I take?
